1. How long does it take for my photograph to arrive at my address?
   - From the time you order to delivery to your address takes between 4-6  weeks.

2. What is the pricing difference between matte and glossy finish?
   - We do not charge you differently from one finish to the next.

3. Do you accept credit cards?
   - Yes. We accept Visa , Master Card and American Express.

4. How do I order a photograph on this site?
   - Simply click on the thumbnail of the photograph you are interested in.
   This will bring up an enlarged image with ordering choices. Follow the
   directions for an easy on-line purchase.

5. What is the difference between the square format and 35 mm photographs?
   - The medium format (square format) images are taken with 120 film which is capable of
   being enlarged to a larger size than a standard 35 mm. We use high quality film in both the
   35mm and medium format cameras to ensure the best possible images in clarity and color.

6. Does APW own the negatives to my wedding or do I?
   - You do. We will send the negatives to you after you have received your proof book(s).
   You are not obligated to order reprints through APW, though we suggest it - we have
   great companies we work with that will print your photos on archival paper and custom
   print any way we suggest. If you feel comfortable ordering your own reprints, you are
   welcome to do so.

7. How long after the wedding does it take to receive our proofs?
   - Generally, the turn around is about 2-3 weeks.
